On the site, it says you get $100 if you turn in a PSVita or a 3DS XL towards a New 3DS XL, OR $75 off if you turn in a 3DS or a 2DS.
Whenever New 3DS systems have come off trade hold since they've been released, they've been priced at 9999.99, indicating not to sell.
